3.3. Payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest or the maximum rate allowed by law.
3.4. Buyer shall be responsible for any applicable customs, duties, and import fees for international shipments.
4.1. Risk of loss and title pass to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Laboratory&Tech is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
5.1. Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
5.2. A minimum 20% restocking fee applies. Items must be in original packaging and unused. Customized, sterile, refrigerated, expired, or discontinued products are non-returnable.
6.1. Laboratory&Tech passes through manufacturer warranties when applicable. Buyer’s sole remedy for warranty claims shall be repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
6.2. Except as stated in a written warranty, all products and services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
6.3. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
7.1. Laboratory&Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption.
7.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid by Buyer for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim.
8.1. Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations and shall not export or re-export products in violation of U.S. or international law.
9.1. Some features may require account registration. User agrees to provide accurate information and safeguard login credentials.
9.2. Laboratory&Tech reserves the right to deactivate any account for misuse or security reasons.

11.2. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
